-Staff all introduced themselves, friendly, attentive and approachable.
-Staff pre empted needs including analgesia as got to know my needs.
-Ward quiet and relaxing atmosphere, only disturbed as needed.
-Staff considerate to privacy and dignity. Room clean and tidy.
-IV co-Amoxiclav given little too quickly.
-Observations not taken by day staff on first day of admission. (Not done since admission Sunday at approx 0600 on A and E until approx 1900 on ward).

I was seen quickly. All staff friendly, reassuring and professional. Blood tests organised quickly and Ct scan as well. Brilliant service. really first class. Thank you.
